Any good old greasy spoon mom & pop diners along that interstate?

Not a Denny's or Village Inn....

There used to be exactly what you're looking for at Barlow Rd. & I-76. It's gone now, though. If you've seen the movie "Dumb & Dumber" you might recognize it. It's the restaurant where they first run into Seabass (Cam Neely).

There's a place called Digger's Diner in Brush. I've never eaten there, but they have a website. www.diggersdiner.com

Ya I saw Diggers, it looks good but not really what I'm looking for.

Thank you for the reply.

There's an Italian bistro in Sterling that, for a small plains town, was surprisingly urbane.

I'm coming from the Denver area and wasn't going past Brush.

Maybe there is something along that interstate before Fort Morgan?

I travel to some pretty rural areas as part of my job. Urbanspoon.com rarely lets me down.
