Default One step at a time

1. Find a job.
2. Decide what characteristics you want in your neighborhood.
3. Establish maximum commute time.

And housing budget. $85K goes further for some people than others. Some have student loans, car payments, alimony, child support, etc... Some do not.

Boulder is barely big enough to have suburbs. It's constantly trying to get its official population over 100K. Some smaller towns outside Boulder are Louisville, Superior, and Lafayette.

"Good" is subjective. What are you looking for? Please don't say "a walkable, hip town with great schools, where I can have a nice house, a large lot, mountain views for $250K." What is most important to you?
