Your $60k can get you a mobile home.

Try searching here for something you like, and then you can ask about the areas where you found something you liked in your price range.

You will have to pay lot rent though.

Thanks, David. It is an option until I sell this out here and get a few other things settled. 60k is what I have as disposable income at the moment, but it doesn't bother me to take a couple small steps to get to what I want or even wait a while longer if need be. Mama makes things a little tricky, but if the altitude suits her, the area is halfway decent, and it is ultimately where we end up deciding to go, that is a way to go.

I believe you can get a manufactured home in the $60K range.
