Exactly why my family steered me away from Parker when I relocated. Apparently, this has been going on for a few years.

I believe all four board members will be voted out and things are about to change. Whether it will be good or not time will tell. My family wants to stay in Douglas County but if things don't improve we will be moving for the benefit of our daughter.
