Boulder, Denver, and Ft. Collins all top 10.

I'd like to know just who they surveyed - only thin people? Maybe all the thin people hang out in a secret undisclosed location!

Yes! They meet in the super-secret underground bunkers below Denver airport in the "New World Order" dining hall.

While Denver is more skinny than most of the rest of the country we are still 1 out of 5 obese.

True, but I don notice how many more overweight people there are if I travel to the Midwest or South.

I wonder if the difference between 1/5 and 2/5 is hard to notice even though it is a huge statistical difference.

Try visiting Mississippi. You'll notice

I think cooking and nutrition classes should be mandatory in all high schools. Watching some of these reality shows where people weigh over 500 pounds, I notice how they seem to not even understand that eating only fried foods, fast food, and stuff from a bag is bad for them. They think drinking 2 liters of soda per day is normal, and then they don't even know how to prepare a healthy meal.

Since parents are passing down horrible eating habits, and more and more not teaching their children how to cook, it should be made mandatory in public schools. In the long run, it would benefit society by keeping overall health care costs down.
