So what's your take on the issue? If the goal of legislative reform is affordable housing, perhaps a solution would be to shorten the liability period for condo buildings that have a certain percentage of units in the affordable range?

A few weeks ago, I was driving around NW Aravda looking at homes in that area and those bordering Standley Lake. Did not see a single for sale sign.

Agree. I don't know a lot of 35 year olds for whom either BWW or weed rank high on any list of important lifestyle factors. Now if they'd used breweries per capita or bars and restaurants per capita it might have been a plausible list.
