To repeat, photo ID does not identify the driver. It identifies the car's owner(s).

For clarity, did you have to pay for your daughters ticket in your car? You could have definitely contested it, you don't even have to prove who it was. Just show the judge your license to prove it wasn't you.

I think I already said this, but no, we didn't have to pay it. We sent it back saying it was neither of us driving. We didn't go to traffic court.
