I'm moving here from Chicago to be closer to my family. I'm wondering what the dating scene for women over 55 is in the Denver area? Thanks in advance for your candid opinions!!!

How much "over 55?"

I know a lady that is 84 (very attractive, although the plastic surgery has been good to her) and is she is dating a 72 yr old guy . . . and it's her with the greenbacks, not him.

I know another lady who is 60 and a few years ago was a dating a millionaire rancher who was 83.

To be honest and not flippant, it will depend on many factors (looks, attitude, social status).

You may want to check out Match.com and look at the profiles of all the "playboys" seeking women over 55.

Just because you're 55+ doesn't mean you're not looking for a serious relationship to happen that doesn't involve money. Go visit the places that make you happy. Is it the library? The lake? The mountains? The coffee shop or bar? Just go out there! It's OK to be alone, then just strike up a conversation with people. Ya never know...

And as far as attractiveness... To each their own opinion. I wouldn't waste money on cosmetic surgery. Take me for what I am and let's use that money to go do something fun together!

plenty of age 55+ males in Colorado Springs! Boulder too (and Las Cruces / Los Alamos, NM)

As with any Military / National Labs centric 'retiree' area.
