We would really like to rent a townhouse or similar (not an apartment) if possible around Parker (so my son can stay at his school) for as close to $1200/mo as possible. Does it exist?? We only need 2 bedrooms, we are a family of 4 and until December we really need a break and can't afford much more. I will be doing an unpaid internship for nine months and hubby and I will be alternating schedules with me working part time also (in addition to internship) and he full time because one of us will need to be home with the kiddos. We obviously can't afford to put them in daycare right now either. If anyone has an in somewhere, someone that just wants to help someone out, we'd appreciate it!
