Does anyone have an opinion about any of the apartments near the Fiddler's Green Amphitheater? What is that area like? It looks like there are lots of offices in that area.

I would imagine you could hear the concerts from the nearby apartments.

Suburban office park area. Very safe. Walkable to the light rail.

Concerts at Fiddlers have to be finished by 11:00pm.

Its a great area. Walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, library, rail, post office, car repair etc. Yes you will probably hear Fiddlers Green if your apartment faces that way. I used to live there and on the rare occasion we would hear it. Not every concert but a couple of times a year when you were outside you could faintly hear it. However I was in a house across Orchard from the amphitheater so being slightly downhill was sheltered from it. I never heard anything in the house. If your considering the apartments when you visit be sure to hang out in the parking lot and ask residents.

I loved the area because it was easily accessible to every where. After work we would ride bikes at Cherry Creek State Park. Work out and go swimming at Goodson Rec. center. Swim in the gravel pit at Chatfield (yuck, don't recommend this, we did it for triathlon training). Go hiking at Deer Creek Trail. Etc. The traffic on 470 is alot heavier now so Chatfield and Deer Creek during rush hour would be a pain so you likely can't do these activities after work any more but early morning weekends are probably still a breeze. Now downtown is probably better to take the rail. Park Meadows Mall and IKEA are very close for all the big stores/mall shopping. Easy access to Elvis Cinemas at Tiffany Plaza (This is a great cut rate theater. Tickets $3 & $4.)

I walked everywhere when I lived there. It was an easy walk to the east side of I-25 to work.

Really loved the area.

I lived in a complex on Peakview for a year. The noise never was a problem. I could hear the concerts if outside at times, but they really weren't ever that loud even then. It is a nice area close to quite a few shopping areas as well as the light rail station at Arapahoe.
