McCormicks downtown has a $2 burger at happy hour that is really good. Also Bang on 32nd and Lowell. Make sure to try the homemade ketchup.

Had a chance to try Smashburger on Arapahoe last night. It's been one of the better burgers I've had here in Colorado so far. Fries are "good" Mcdonald's type fries. I say good because McD's fries just ain't what they used to be and these were reminicent to the good days of McD's fries. Have to go back and tell them well done and I bet they'd be great.

Also had the onion haystack which was very good.

Burger meat was excellent, I didn't care for the bun choices but it wasn't bad. What I didn't like about the 1/2 pound burger is that it was hanging off the bun an inch and a half all the way around and was falling out of the bun. Made for a little difficult eating to me anyway.

Service was great and friendly (hey a good looking girl behind the counter with a smile is always a good thing!). Cleanliness, well, that left a little to be desired, but it is a family place and a burger place. There's kids and well, get over it, it's a good burger.

Jim's burger haven isn't what they used to be. I highly recommend the Campus Inn on University at Bonnie Brae....in fact, the entire neighborhood is wonderful!

Default Burgers Burgers Burgers

I'm a man who loves his burgers.... Where's your favorite spot to have a chunk of meat smashed between two buns with some toppings (or maybe just straight up it's that good)?

Maybe it's that hole in the wall bar, or a place where the crowd is defintiely not your cup of tea but the burgers are excellent, or like a hidden gem on the menu somewhere...

Let's start my list so when I get out there I can eat for days!

I like the burgers at My Brother's Bar, check out the jalapeno and cream cheese one. LoDo's - the sports bar -- also (surprisingly to me) has good burgers
