OP, there should be no problem finding a home at $350k in Highland Ranch or any of the places you noted. You won't get a 4,000 sq. ft. house, no, but you can EASILY find a 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft. house in the price range at 3 bed 2 bath. From the search I did, there are 11 homes on the market under that price at 1,750 sq. ft. and up. You could probably target something at $360k and offer $350k as I've noticed over the last few months that housing prices are coming down and houses are on the market longer.

Centennial- they have higher performing schools (Cherry Creek) than parker & HR (Douglas County)
