Hi,

I'm 26 and plan on moving to Denver. I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I also don't want to be to far away from the action. I like going out and would like to be near nightlife If possible. Also, would like to live in a neighborhood that offered some walk ability to restaurants, coffee, grocery stores, etc. 10 -15 min from downtown wouldn't be a huge deal. I don't mind living a little outside of it in a good neighborhood, but could manage to still do fun things If I needed to get into parts that offered more action. My price range would be like 800 - 850$ for a one bedroom. If you could please list the best results for neighborhoods that match my criteria, it would be so much appreciated.

Thank you!

See what you can find at padmapper.com in/around the downtown. IMO your price point is low for today's market.

I don't recommend moving here, too expensive.

I recommend getting a roommate if you move here. Rent prices are high and will probably start going up again in the spring.

Pull up padmapper.com and do a search at your price point. If you find something, ask us about it. There is little to no inventory at $850 10 minutes from downtown right now if you don't want a roommate.

You might look at Lakewood near the light rail line. It will be closer to 20 minutes from downtown but the may be something.

You won't be able to get what you want at your price point. Maybe if you triple it you can. Rentals are very hard to find in the Denver Metro Area.
