Every time I drive downtown on Colfax, I see this hanging from a wire over the street and I wonder what it is. It has been there for a few years now. You can even see it on Google street view if you look closely. It is on the wire that crosses over Colfax, just west of Logan.

Anyone know what it is?

Debris maybe? People throw old junk up onto the wires all the time. Old shoes, toys, etc. I can’t tell what it is on Google Streetview.

Yes I have seen people throw shoes up on wires before, but this item has be curious as I don't know what it is. Just one of those weird things that bugs me that I want to know about.
