Some Centennial neighborhoods have been around long enough that they are green even by Midwestern standards. Look at the western reaches of Centennial if you want mature trees.

I was thinking the same thing. Western Centennial has some really cool older (70's) neighborhoods with bike paths and park and lots of mature trees, larger lots. I think it's one of the nicer suburbs.

I have to warn you that the prices of homes have increased substantially and the inventory is pretty low. I had a friend looking to buy a place a few months ago in the Centennial area whose budget was close to $400K, but was not able to find anything that was in good shape or appealing for that price. It also depends on your expectations and how much work you want to do on the house.
