Works for me. This is supposed to be a nation of "one for all and all for one" not a nation of me me me and nothing for you or you or you because I don't like your religion or your color or your politics. The bureaucracy needed to build, maintain, manage, collect, and disburse the dollars from all these damned toll roads and toll lanes and switchable lanes will eat up a ton of the revenue and bog us down in more complexity that really never should exist.

The I-70 redo will have managed lanes, but the revenue from the managed lanes is not being allocated to the P3 as a concessionaire payment or to service debt. It's that CDOT wants to add lanes because this will be the last capacity expansion for I-70 in that section, but wants them to be managed lanes to manage congestion.

So no evil concessionaire screwing over the residents of Colorado who don't want to pay taxes, just CDOT doing it.
