Right now, i'm a junior in high school in Casper, WY (i swear i don't mean for this to sound like a personals add!) and i plan on moving to denver right after i graduate in june of next year.

i've recently began looking into everything...cost of living, in demand jobs, school, etc. i've dug and dug and dug but i can't seem to find anything helpful.

any help on any of these topics is greatly appreciated!!! i just want to move back home!

Hi,
Big change from Casper - I'd love to be up there!

Why not drive down here and see if you like it? COLA is high (but in Colorado Springs is low). Check Moderator cut: linking to competitors sites is not allowed for cost of living comparisons.

Check craigslist.com for jobs and rentals/shares (you might want to consider a share to start; you could save money that way and not get locked into a one year lease).

Jobs - follow your heart!

The best to you!
Annie

Default o yay!

i don't really know about sharing rite now...i'm kind of difficult to put up with for long periods of time. haha.

if everything keeps going as planned i should have a few thousand dollars saved up by the time i do move down there...i still have quite a while to go.

Telling me to follow my heart when it comes to career choices probably isn't a good idea. i want to do all those things that no one is ever famous for until they're dead...but for a while i'm just going to have to stick with what i can find and put up with until i get situated...

and man, why would anyone want to be in casper?!
