Hello everyone,
Happy holidays!
I've narrowed my search to these apartment communities:
1) Marquis at Denver Tech Center - Monroe St.
2) Carriage Place apartments - Ulster St.
3) Centergate Greenwood Plaza - E. Caley Ave.
4) Timber Creek at DTC - E. Prentice Ave.
5) AMLI at Lowery Park - Fairmont Drive
6) Brookside Village - Park Terrace Ave.
7) Also a new brownstone on Kornbrust Circle - Ridgegate area in Lone Tree.

Any input on these apartments and locations would be so helpful.

Many thanks,
Maddie Claire
P.S. Will be working in DTC.

I honestly don't know much about each of these communities, but they all seem nice. I'll tell you my experience with each of them. I walked through the model at Brookside once and it was really nice. I have some friends who lived at Carriage Place. The complex is really nice, but they got into a verbal fight one night. The neighbor complained and they ended up getting evicted. AMLI at Lowry is a really nice complex but it isn't in DTC. Instead it is about 20 minutes away. All these complex's are your basic upscale corporate apartment communities. Carriage Place stands out because it is set up like carriage houses with a garage under every unit.

Great information - thanks for sharing.
Any idea why the verbal argument?

Oh sorry, the neighbor complained about the noise and that is why they got evicted. It was just a basic marital dispute. I don’t know how loud or disruptive it was but they are great couple and seem to get along great so I can’t see it being that bad. They just said they have really thin walls so it was easy for the neighbors to hear it.

Thank you!
I toured the complex and liked it very much.
P.S. I'm in Denver now and it really is a great city.
