Hello Denver! I love the energy and spirit I have been exploring living in a hi rise downtown. I have looked at a very small 1&1 w/deeded parking space in Spire Bld. Little to small but I think the 900+ units would be just fine. I’m also interested in looking at some units at the Bassett. I’m retired and have a service dog. I would like not to have to take of anything, so I can travel and have a place to come home to. Walking distance to restraints, coffee shops and shopping. The only disadvantages DT are the limited outdoor spaces for my SD. I’m not sure about the provide potty scapes at the condo. Hope some of you who may live in hi rises could share your like and dislikes. Any suggestions or insights are greatly appreciated.

Look in lower Highland.
Look near Cheesman Park.

What is your purchase budget?

I’m willing to spend 500k for a DT skyline view, not a big budget for DT hi rise. Has to be modern and floor to ceiling windows. But the limited green spaces are the only down for me. We’re do you live?
