How to know if a Red Rocks concert is sold out (buy, price)

Hi, I'm visiting from out of town, and CONSIDERING seing the LSD(Lucinda, Steve (I think) and Dwight Yokam) show, just because it's RedRocks, and Ihave a free night. I'm not a fan of any of them per-se, but know I'll like the music, and always love RR as a venue.

So, to be perfectly transparent, I don't want to see it bad enough to spend $100 on a ticket, plus Uber and all that. Being it's a tuesday night, is it a fair bet that I can buy someone's "extra" on site for a discount? I have no idea if it's sold out, or if it's a super-hot ticket, or what.

What do you all think? Is it worth going there, to see? Are there any tips that might help me (and help someone who needs to unload an unused ticket)?

Thanks. And reps sent. I could not get to checkout on my mobile to see final price. Hmph

The real question i was asking, is will there be tix available at the venue. Box office to avoid fees, or better yet, someone who is stuck with one and needing to sell for no more than face value.

You can keep checking that link close to show date and see if tix are still available. Seemed like there were plenty when I checked.

For what it’s working worth, if it sells out slowly, that usually means a lot of people bought tickets close to show date with the intention of actually going. If the show does sell out (which I’m not sure it will), you’ll probably be paying a premium at the door if you find someone with an extra.

Red Rocks uses flash tickets. People who want to sell extras list them on Stub Hub or other similar sites. They aren't going to be standing outside the entrance with paper tickets they are trying to unload.
