Would love to hear some current opinions on SE Aurora - particularly Saddle Rock and Tollgate Crossing developments for a young family. Is there much fracking/oil/gas activity in SE Aurora? Looking at making a move from Commerce City (Reunion) - which we have loved for years - but the issues with property taxes, schools, and fracking are probably going to drive us out.

Saddle Rock is well-established and there are no active wells on the west side of E-470. The active and proposed wells in Southeast Aurora are generally north and east of Aurora Reservoir.
