One of the things he said has some validity. The whole "register your pit bull" part of the repeal was stupid. People don't register their Yorkies. They won't register their pit bulls, either. If you wanna own a pit bull you should be legally required to carry at least $1.5 million in liability insurance. If you don't and your dog attacks someone you get charged with a crime.
