Plan on using lotion on your skin. Dry air.
Buy a Rockies hat.
See if you recognize anyone in a white Subaru.
You can't buy real beer on Sundays in a store.

Good luck with the upcoming move. To get to know the areas, it takes time. Just plan out your weekends and visit different places. Plenty of threads on places to visit in Denver but let us know more info and I'd be happy to add to 'the list' if there is anything.

What do you like? Many smaller nice places to visit in the mountains as a 'getaway' on weeknds.

Again, good luck with the move.

Just sit back and enjoy the beautiful Spring around here as it doesn't stay for long. Blake St. and Pearl St. something to look at.

WooHoo! We're coming too! Mid-May. Really looking forward to the Ski train.

Being from So. Cal., already have a TON of lotion, sunscreen, sunglasses...my dry skin can't possibly get any worse, right?

Just not looking forward to the drive - 2 semi-house-trained pugs and a small child.... 3 days of HELL...

I'll count the white Subaru's - I'm guessing their habitat tends to start somewhere around Utah and extends through Denver. I hear they're roaming, travel in packs and can be very territorial!
