@winterraven: I have two boys who graduated from Conifer High School in 2019 and 2020. My third son is a current 9th grader. My boys were/are invloved with various sports and clubs at the school. I also served as the school's Accountability chair for a few years. Feel free to private message me with whatever questions you may have. Happy to give you an honest opinion of the school.

I think when I first posted here people were cautioning me about the market in the Evergreen area and how places would sit for years. Suffice it to say that is not at all the case. I cannot believe there is so little inventory! Will this change in the spring? I have never seen a market like this! I feel like it will be impossible to find a place now that we are getting ready to move.

Our Evergreen (and surrounding area) market is not going to slow down. Demand is very much outweighing supply and will likely continue that way for some time. Lots of non-contingent cash Buyers willing to waive inspections and appraisals. Use a local realtor who is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and be prepared to write an offer the same day you see it. A local broker (who resides in the area) can point out all of the positives and negatives about the house, neighborhood and services available in the area related to internet, plowing, direction of the sun on the home/driveway, etc. Good luck!

Thanks. We have a local agent. I just can’t believe how quickly homes sell there right now. We’ve never bought in a market like that. I’m hoping more places come on the market once we sell our place in IL.
