I'll chime in here and add another vote for this. By far, the best shots I've seen of the Denver skyline with the Front Range behind it were taken from the Sky Terrace on the 4th level of the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, for sure. Whether you can get access to the Sky Terrace without being invited to a private function there is another story. I'm not sure - is it open to the public?

Another great spot is along speer headed north around grant. You really get to see all of the different types of architecture. And another is headed east on 6th ave just after federal. Great shots there as well.

I'll chime in and say that I LOVE the view of downtown from Park Avenue (after exiting southbound 25) just before it curves east near Coors Field. I drive into work every day from this direction and find it breathtaking.

I also love the way the skyline is framed from southbound I-25 through the mousetrap. The support beams that hold up I-70 provide the sides of the frame while I-70 provides the top. Unfortunately, the only way to snap a good shot would be to either (a) break-down (which would suck), (b) pull over to the shoulder (not smart) or (c) have a passenger hang out the window and try to get a good shot (also not smart). I guess I'll just enjoy the view through the windshield.

Haha thanks, it looks fine in a small scale, but looks really grainy and not so sharp. I was hoping to get some really sharp and crisp photos. I'll try again with better camera setting understanding.
