-more frequent daily temperature changes of 50-80 degrees
-the spring tornado season has almot totally gone away.
-the wild fire season is extending to become a continous full year event
-Lite rail has been implemented somewhat
-most of i25 has not been updated
-most freeway updates still have same# of lanes, just a additional for cost bonus lane
-they have started naming Denver streets either as north or south

This is happening because of new "computer systems".

When I moved here in 2010 light rail was just two lines, I-25 was just getting upgrades around Wash Park and down around Centennial, and I-225 was a horrible 2 lane freeway. While problems haven't been solved, I think quite a lot has changed in 10 years. I certainly wouldn't have bought a place in Aurora if light rail wasn't nearby and if I-225 was still a traffic-choked 2 lanes.
