Hey I'm moving out to Denver, transferring schools. My cousin is already out there living with his sister. We plan on getting an apartment, so my question is where is the best place for us. We are looking in the $700-750 range for a two bedroom. We both will be students at the Auraria campus. We are open to living downtown or in the burbs, whatever is the best financial/quality of living combination. We are pretty average college guys, we like sports, partying, and girls. I'll be 22 and he will be 19. So any help would be great cause I really don't know anything but what apartments.com says, so help a brotha out. Thanks

There is tons of information on here about the city neighborhoods. Do a search using terms such as Denver, neighborhoods, college students, etc. You can probably find something in your price range if you look hard enough. Many of the city neighborhoods have lots of young people in them.

The Auraria Campus has some housing available. I suggest you contact them. They also have dorms available.
