we are being relocated and i am wondering what the scoop is on tipping?

2-3 people are coming to pack our entire house up monday-how much is a good tip for each one?

2-3 people will load up everything the next day. again, how much is a good tip?

i just don't want to mess that up-i know how important tips are to folks in the service industry.

I think I gave the main guy $100 for packing/loading and then I gave the main guy (different guy? I forgot) $100 for delivering/unpacking. This was for a 2200 sqft house in California in 2006 when I moved to Colorado. The assumption is he divides it up.
