Hello! We moved from Idaho 12 years ago & made the BAD mistake of moving to the West Coast Finally, we are able to escape back to snow country & a better lifestyle again! We have wanted to move to CO for a long time (almost came to CO when we left Idaho), and believe this will be our permanent home for the rest of our earthly lives. My son and
I are moving to the Denver area in October from SW Washington state.

We want to find a good, affordable rental (hopefully under $925. per month) with 2 bedrooms, appliances, W/D hookups, dishwasher, garage, and a fenced yard (if possible.) We DO have a 4 yr. old well trained terrier dog, & EXCELLENT rental history. We want to find a SAFE neighborhood to live in within 15 miles or less from Denver. We both will be looking for full time work ASAP (in administrative / account payments and also manufacturing / warehousing) after settling in.

We would very much appreciate it if everyone out there who can assist us with information about SAFE neighborhoods / LOW crime areas, better work areas / employers, etc. would be very appreciated. Please post at your earliest convience. MANY THANKS for anyone who helps us out!

Default Colorado move

Hi Bev - I suggest your look on craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums You can usually find a good selection there. Good luck.
