Hi...I'm coming up on 2 years living in Denver and am still trying to find some good apple cider. I'm originally from MI and am used to finding good cider almost anywhere. So far, I haven't found any MI "equivalents". Tamarac Farms cider doesn't qualify and I tried the $8 / gallon from Whole Foods and that really doesn't make the cut either.

With that said, is there anywhere in CO that I can find good apple cider or am I setting my expectations too high?

You just missed Cider Days out here in BelMar Park in Lakewood. Here is the cider that I have in the refrigerator right now (almost gone)...

ELA Family Farms Organic Apple Cider
Hotchkiss, CO 81419

I am no Cider expert, but this tastes awesome to me.

I am not sure of any specific names/brands, but check out the local farmers markets. We noticed some in our farmers market in Castle Rock last weekend.

Ah yes, as another Michigan native I am also looking for a good apple cider. I will take some donuts from Robinette's too.

Default Excited to find this thread

I just moved here from NY and I was getting worried about fall activities out here in the west until I stumbled upon this thread! Back home in NY, we had the amazing Clinton Cider Mill in Clinton, NY (if anybody visits during the fall, it's a must! Is fantastic and locally owned. The owners are so incredibly nice!) thanks to this thread, I was able to google some of the places mentioned and fill in our fall calendar with fun activities. Thanks!
