Is that possible? We have two children ages 6 and 3, so good schools are a must. We would love to be able to walk to something be it shops, school or a park. My husband needs a mountain view, or some kindof view. And, we would like to be able to have easy access to the ski hills. Are we in a dream world?
Oh, our budget is anywhere from $400-$650,000................THANKS!

Smile Indian Hills

We have a home In Indian Hills, southwest of Denver in the Foothills, we are 1/2 hour from Denver and approx. 45 min to an hour from Ski slopes. We enjoy mostly country living, mountain views, and quiet. We enjoy an occasional site of 4 deer or 8 elk, and sometimes even a fox. We can have three large animals, horses, goats or sheep. We sit on about 2-1/2 acres. We are down the street from a park and about two city blocks from the elementary school, one of the top rated schools in Jefferson County which feeds into the new Conifer high school or Evergreen High School. Your price range is good for Denver, it just depends what you want. Look us up on the MLS, zip code is 80454
