I am about to graduate from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and would like to move back closer to home in Rapid City, SD. However, I still want to live in a major metropolitan area which by default would be Denver, CO. I have lived in Minneapolis for four years and have been to Denver numerous times so I am not concerned about what it is like living there or in a big city. Mainly what I am interested in is the business professional job market and opportunities in Denver. What are the major employers of business jobs in Denver for recent graduates. (Fortune 500, etc.) I know that in Minneapolis headquarters such as Target, Best Buy, General Mills, and others have opportunities for recent graduates. Is there many companies like these in Denver? I know that Forbes once listed Denver, CO as one of the best places for graduates to start a career. Just wondering if someone could give me some good leads on companies which may be hiring.

What area of emphasis are you interested in? There's a good number of different types of opportunities based on if you're finance, HR, accounting, etc... and what type of industry you're in, such as healthcare, mutual funds, biotechnology, retail, etc...
