Yeah, never want concrete work on a new home...unless it's stipulated in the contract they have to fix it before they go (or roof work).

Congrat! And just wanted to add that always do the radon test. Co is a place that has lots of places that may be effected by it.

That so does not look like a truck coming from Jersey to Colorado! Rather one leaving. ZionVier, you must have been born a Coloradan and didn't even know it!

That's one of the nicest complements I think I've received I'd give you some rep, but I've been told I have to spread some rep around before I can give you anymore

But yes, the Jersey plates are visible.... the destination that day was the hostel in Summit County. I had a job to start in 2 weeks near Vail, but had no place to live yet.

4 1/2 years ago everything I owned fit in/on that truck... now, I had to buy a house to store everything. It's amazing how much life changes sometimes.
