Probably the best answer in this thread.

Denver is truly a transplant city...it seems like half the people I meet aren't from here. West coast, Mid-west, southeast, Northeast...people from all over have flocked to Denver.

From what I've noticed in the 6 months I've been here, locals from Denver have no particular accent that I've noticed or picked up on.

To me, people in Denver sound the same as they do in California. There may be some very minor differences, but overall, I'd group Denver into the whole Western accent that seems to have become the "Standard American" accent, if there is such a thing. But we definitely have an accent... just ask a Brit lol!
