Here is the listing information. I know this zip is GVR and that is not the best area....but specifically where is this neighborhood compared to the supposed higher crime areas? This is the builder's information. Oakwood is the developer and the builder. There are a ton of houses available there.

I took 80249 off my real estate email listings....not interested in that area anymore...getting many bad vibes.
