Here is the listing information. I know this zip is GVR and that is not the best area....but specifically where is this neighborhood compared to the supposed higher crime areas? Would any of you Denver posters live in this neighborhood or advise against any area of GVR? Thanks.

This is the builder's information. Oakwood is the developer and the builder. There are a ton of houses available there.

Bad schools, bad developer, bad area for resales, far away from everything and tons of forclosures.

Default Nice neighborhoods for young families near 80249

Can anyone recommend some nice areas to look for a house to rent near the 80249 zip code? Relocating from FL and have never been to CO. Thanks

2Beauties, that zip is Green Valley Ranch, an area which gets mixed reviews here on city-data, and if you use our search tool with GVR or Green Valley Ranch you will got lots of discussion that should help you nicely.

Are you no longer interested in Woodland Park or Briargate here in COLO SPGS?

My family originally was looking in that area when we were planning our relocate due to proximity to my job.

After digging and researching for weeks, we settled on 80015 and a longer commute for me. Superior neighborhood, schools and overall feel.
