There's a number of groups that organize rides on
Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com
But besides that, if you head towards Morrison, on Morrison Road, just west of C470 there's a gas station and a little frontage road next to it that heads towards the drag strip. If you go there on Saturday mornings there are tons (hundred?) people that park there cars on the side of the road and go out on group rides.
Another option, like in any city/town, is that some of the local bike shops also organize group rides on the weekends.
