Hi..

I am planning to move to Lakewood and I was wondering if that is a nice area. I just recently got a job in Englewood and really liked that area and was looking at apartments out there..either Village at Bear Creek or Marston Pointe but not sure which would be better. Does anyone know about either of these or the area itself? Any and all information would be much appreciated.

The area, for both of these apartments, are very nice areas. This is considered South Jefferson County and most of the housing is relatively new. There is good shopping nearby, good extensive parks, good public transit and an easy commute to Englewood. You would not go wrong with either place but I would pick Marston Point, off Wadsworth, only for the point that it is a bit closer to Englewood, not knowing anything specific about the apartments. Wadsworth is the main road, in these parts with more commercial, while Kipling, near the Bear Creek Village, is more residential.

I would say that you picked wisely for a place to live and work. Good Luck.
