I was curious how the water is in Denver? does it smell sulfur-ish? or if anyone knows specifics on Colorado water content-any info. would be appreciated...I searched but could not find data on the levels of certain elements... I am most interested in the Sulphur content...

any help is appreciated --- thanks

I don't have the most recent annual water report that Denver Water Board releases, but Denver's water is remarkably clean and free of contaminants.

Enough so that several "bottled water" companies have been bottling it for years straight from the tap.

Thanks for the info that the link doesn't work. I've edited the post to remove the link. (Googling "Denver water quality" will bring up a working link.)

Great, thanks for figuring that out. Rather than confusing everyone even more, I'll also repost the link that works (I hope):

2007 Denver water quality report (http://www.denverwater.org/waterquality/pdfs/2007%20WQ%20Report%20Web%20Version.pdf - broken link)

Sorry, I can't edit my earlier edit, as more than 90 minutes have passed. . .

I have lived in several places around the country and Denver definitely has the freshest non-odorous tap water of any metropolitan areas I've been. Of course, I could be drinking all sort of contaminants or pharmaceuticals, but at least it tastes great!
