Hi,

Kindly help me, as I am first time coming to Denver for a Job.
My family consist of 2 Adults & 1 Kid (2.5 Years).
I like to rent some apartment on a month to month lease around $550 rent.

My office is near nip 80112 (Englewood).
Thus prefer, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Tech Center or 9 Niles Station.

Please response soon as I would be there by 6th-Sep-09

I got a month to month lease in GV. It's like 750 a month, with washer/dryer, covered parking (you'll need this in the snow )

Google this, Pinnacle at DTC, in Greenwood Village.

It works best for me coz they stack admin fee, application fee, security deposit, processing fee and everything else, and I've played enough kung-fu all across America that my wrists are fractured and sore

Ah wait, how did I miss the $550 part

Only a 6 to 9 month lease can fetch that range. The moment you go month to month, they pad some amount to the monthly rent. That's the trade-off. It's unfortunate.

But it's more unfortunate if you have to run away before the lease is up and they have you pay 2 months rent for a penalty. Happened to me in previous apartments

If you quarrel, it enters the renter's history.
