why? Unless you have a vegetable garden, what's the harm? I love the bunnies.

My Pumpkin lives for the chase.

We find them hiding on lawns during our walks. So far it's a shutout. Rabbits win.

She has caught a kitten, a bird, and a squirrel. 2 for 3 in that regard.

They wreak havoc with our lawn and our flower beds....I can look at any part of our lawn that is stressed and find many telltale signs of rabbits....each spring my little green shoots coming up (tulips, hostas etc) get nibbled. The dog chases them out of the yard but we have a large, low deck and I think they live underneath it - I would love to get rid of them.

I LOVE my bunnies/deer, etc......however, I have 2 acres with a huge garden!! They live absolutely everywhere on my property with many other wild animals.
Here's what I do to keep them and the deer out of my veggies and flowers... Even this morning as a matter of fact....
I am an ex-hairsylist (meaning I do not cut hair in a salon anymore)...anyway....I take the cut hair (my family in this case) and put it where I don't want the critters to go. It definitely seems to work!!
You could go to any hair salon and get some of their cut hair and spread it where you don't want the bunnies/critters to go. For some reason they smell the "human" and, won't go there. Works for me anyway and, it is non toxic and is a good fertilizer. And, I am licensed to poison (just chose NOT to!!
Sprinkling red pepper and/or tabasco sauce (as someone mentioned before) is also a good idea. It is just more expensive and has to be re-applied.
I also have neighbors that put out aluminum pie tins in trees and tall plants for the constant noise deterent ...personally, this drives me crazy!! Kinda like///I am not a fan of wind chimes but, that's just my opinion. Might as well play loud music 24/7. JMPO!!
