There is a radio station in the Denver area (I can't think of the name right now), that always says in their hourly station radio announcement that Denver is the greatest city in the world.

For all of you people that live in the Denver area, do you think Denver is the greatest city in the world?

Sounds like random radio hyperbole to me. I'll bet their sister stations around the country say the same thing about Cleveland, Omaha, Mobile, Raleigh, Tucson, etc.

No. And thank God. I wouldn't want to live in the "greatest" city in the world.

The world is pretty big to have one "greatest" city.

Yeah that title is usually bestowed on cities where people live in closets and call them apartments. They can have it.

I sure wish I could move back to Denver. I guess I'll have to settle for Monterey, CA for now. Such a tough life I live...

Nope. It's nice enough and there is plenty to do here, but definitely not the "greatest" in my book.

Ahahah, nope. Not at all. It's one of the best in the country, but the WORLD? I think that's pushin' it. Just a liddo.
