Hi - does anyone know anything about the furnished apartments for rent at 4321 Hale Parkway? I need a place to stay for a few weeks while I search for a more permanent place to live. What is the area like? Is it safe? What about the property itself? Has anyone heard anything - good or bad- about it?

I'm not too sure of that area. But I can tell you that when I first moved to Denver in 2006 I lived at the Lamar Village Apartments on 60th and Lamar in Arvada. They offer a month to month lease, furnished for very cheap. Depending on where you work or are commuting to, that was a great place for me to live. I eventually ended up moving to the Marston Lake area of Littleton after about 5 months, but the Lamar Village apartments did the job for me, and it's a nice, quiet area. The one you referenced is right downtown, and next to a hospital as well. Just some things to consider. Good luck!
