Hi,

Would you say that downtown Denver can provide urban living accommodations such as New York City, Chicago, etc.? Where and how about the cost?

Thanks

No, not even remotely comparable to New York or Chicago. However, for many people who live there and enjoy it, downtown Denver is urban enough.

Question-- what is the point of these threads? You've started 4 threads in the past day on different cities asking a one line question, how is the public transportation? I would suggest reading Wikipedia, searching the forum archives, read as much as you can, then come back with specific questions that indicate you've done your homework. For Denver, start by checking the forum topics index thread: Index - Key Threads - PHOTO TOURS - Updated 05 October 2009.

I'm not sure what you mean by that question. There are some high rise apartments and loft style living, but you won't find the same kind of urban conveniences you see in NYC. There's no metro stop, neighborhood grocers, or delis on every corner.

What "urban living accommodations" are you specifically look for?
