recently baxter built a new sewage lagoon that is the sizeThe of baxter. Also they put in this nasty holding pond a block away from my home. Dont mind the mosquitos vegging there. My water bill is so high. Why does it cost so much for the water to exit the home even if i watered my grass and drank a good portion of it. The new culverts they put in i dont know what they do but, all my neighbors had water backed up into there basements. So if you plan on moving to baxter be ready to pay for poor water quality. buy plenty of CLR cause you'll need it peace
