I don't have any sources or any proof with statistics, but I have around 800 friends on facebook, many I knew in high school and are now in college and so am I. I have seen about 100 of my friends that have pictures on their facebook with the Ren Cen in the background in their picture albums. I think this is absolutely awesome, and I need to make a trip back to Detroit as well. It really is a beautiful city if you look at it the right way. If you want to be arrogant and make a trip here just to drive through some ugly neighborhoods just to talk trash about Detroit something is wrong with you and you need to find Gods Love haha because this is just an amazing, beautiful, city, and so are the suburban areas. Awesome area to live and grow a family in my opinion if you can find a job that is lol! but isn't finding a job hard in every place you go? Detroit is doing nothing but improving it hasn't given up and never will.

We just went down last week to see Evil Dead: The Musical at the City Theatre (inside Hockeytown Cafe) and had a GREAT TIME!!!! I go to the DIA as often as I can too, and if I'm ever lucky enough to score Red Wings tickets you won't be able to keep me out of the D. I don't know that I would just "drive around" without some kind of plan or better knowledge of the neighborhoods, but I am very glad to live close enough (Ferndale) to all the city has to offer!
