I predict eventually that Detroit will be the first city to be tagged as a "third world" city. It is not beyond the realm of reality.

Anyone agree?

If you consider 3 weeks ago recent, than yes I have. I will not argue that at times downtown can seem vibrant. But the city as a whole, a county as a whole, and a state as a whole...

it's the toilet.

Actually, the meaning of "third world" is debateable, but for many it indicates underdevelopment.

I imagine everyone catches my drift.

Oakland county is one of the wealthiest counties in the nation, Detroit has dozens of beautiful suburbs, outside of densely populated areas the state is nonstop scenery....how in the heck is that the toilet?
