Is anyone familiar with the area around 10 and Haggerty in Novi -- specifically the Village Oaks sub? We are considering making an offer on a house there.

It is a good entry level part of Novi. I am not specifically familiar with the neighborhood of which you speak, but I have friends that live in a marginal 1970s split level in the Meadowbrook area and they sent their son to Novi schools and are pleased with the neighborhood although the house was relatively inexpensive (I believe they paid 144k in like 2002.)
