Yea. Alot of people fail to realize that you can only do so much when the debt is this high.

Hopefully he will be able to implement the same improvements he initiated in Cincinnati and not get roadblocked by the we-don't-want-to-change mentality of Detroit. He'll have a better chance with the E.M. than the mayor & council.

Hopefully Evans'll have a drink with him and teach him a thing or two about fixing Detroit's problems (although they should steer clear of any relationship advice).
