You might want to look at this community in Rochester. I know someone who lives there and it is in a safe area, and a pretty nice place as far as mobile home parks go.

If you have a young teenage son is he a good student academically? You certainly want to pay attention to the schools in the area he would be attending, unless you can afford a private school. We have charter schools in Michigan that are free but not all charter schools are 'good' by a long shot. The good ones tend to fill up quickly and lack openings.
