I know that the were recently demolished and abandoned like the rest of the city but where did the residents go.? We're the gentrified into outer neighborhoods like 8 mile and made it worse?

They moved to other areas of Detroit and some to the suburbs. I don't think they are solely to blame. There are bad people from everywhere, and I am sure some were good people, just poor.

I think they were heavily vacant for quite awhile. They didnt evict entire buildings full of people and throw them onto the streets. Its my belief that demolition was a viable option because the buildings were underutilized with no chance of repopulating.

They were moved into apartments that were built one block north.
